Why does Strandvik Homeowners Association continue to burn money on legal fees

Why is Strandvik HOA burning reserves on legal fees for an easement it doesn't know where it is and declared by its president Karl Lindor that it is an inactive easement; and confirmed by past president Marc Bothel in August 2015 that he has no idea where the easement is and why Strandvik even needs an easement to access the lake when it has its own Strandvik private beach. Chestnut states 9 Strandvik neighbors use my driveway to access the lake

On page 4 of Chestnut's Mediation Brief, he wrote that Jeff and Dee, Matt and Cindy, Collin and Julie, Matt and Julie and Eric Lindor state they have all used the "easement" (aka my Driveway) to access the water front. Here is Chestnut's statement.  You will see how a few of the neighbors answered in the emails appended below.  And I asked Karl Lindor if his son walks the quarter mile from his house to use my driveway to access the lakefront.  Karl looked at me like I was crazy.  Karl's body language tells me Eric doesn't walk down to my house to access the lake using my driveway. How can Darin Chestnut even think he was authorized to remove my fence

Chestnut wrote in his Mediation Brief: "In August 2017, at a meeting with proper notice to its members, the HOA, with a quorum, voted to authorize the removal of the fence.  The Chestnuts believed that the HOA and president Karl Lindor authorized the Chestnuts to remove the fence.  The fence was removed in September 2017 "  See bottom of Page 3 of Chestnut's Mediation Brief below. But in a Responsive document dated March 30, 2018, Chestnut was asked to "Admit that you tore down, or caused to be torn down, Plaintiff's property line fence...in or arund August of 2017" Chestnut's answer was "Deny. The fence was removed at the direction of the Strandvik HOA, which voted to remove the fence at its annual meeting." Strandvik Homeowners Association Board in Bellevue WA 98008 authorizes the illegal removal of a homeowner's fence

Karl Lindor, president of the Strandvik Homeowner's Assocation on Lake Sammamish in Bellevue led the effort to illegally remove my property line fence.  This was done so that Karl can give my neighbor Darin Chestnut a way to walk down my driveway to bring gas and equipment to his backyard.  Chestnut has access from his garage via his own sideyard to access his backyard.  He doesn't want to carry Class 3 flammables on his property but it is ok for him to do so on my property. Multiple requests to Strandvik HOA for invoice for the illegal removal of my fence, new evidence emerge in emails below.
